Enrollment Coach

  • DFig Connects is in search of a resourceful, personable, outgoing, and charismatic individual to fill our performance-based sales position. The Enrollment coach will engage prospects in high-level, and intimate conversations to help enroll them in DFig Connects’ coaching programs, and build relationships.

  • Overview: The Enrollment coach will engage prospects in high-level, and intimate conversations to help enroll them in DFig Connects’ coaching programs, and build relationships.

    Connect and build relationships with potential clients

    Fine-tune client criteria

    Identify leads that align with client criteria

    Engage in enrollment conversations via email, Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook Groups, Twitter, Zoom, etc.

    Search based on hashtags on Insta and or based on followers on Linkedin or who they’re following

    Use LinkedIn and various tools to research clients

    Reach out to at least 4 people/day

    Set meetings with prospective clients

    Confirm appointments of highly qualified leads

    Create professional emails in DFig Connect’s tone and voice

    Use LinkedIn and various tools to research clients

    Primary Objectives:

    Ensure the organization is enrolling the right clients to see the desired results

    Close deals with clients that lead to impactful work, and ROI

    Use Affinity (CRM) to fill, and update the client pipeline

    Ensure workflow confirmations are automated with Affinity and Calendly, so clients are reminded of calls

    After enrolling clients, send them their agreement, take payment information, and send sales details to appropriate team stakeholders

    Commit to all team meetings and coaching sessions with leadership

  • Ability to close sales

    Knowledge of Sales, and sales processes

    Knowledge of Leadership Coaching

    Ability to handle objections, and maintain emotional state

    Organizational Psychology knowledge (a plus)

    Creativity & adaptability

    Work collaboratively with the team, and maintain ongoing communication
