Social Media Manager & Content Creator

DFig Connects is in search of a witty, resourceful, personable content creator for organic social media strategy. The candidate chosen will be responsible for outlining and planning social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) which will include engaging with our audience, and aiding trendy ideas for upcoming campaigns for the season.

Overview: Create daily original content (Instagram stories, Instagram posts, Instagram Reels, Linkedin posts and polls, TikToks, etc.) that relate to the brand’s audience.
Primary Objectives:
Grow, and interact with the DFig Connects community, and work to connect DFig Connects’ offerings with client’s needs
Establish target audience based on the client criteria
Use appropriate platforms to connect with the audience
Acquire Leads through Instagram and Linkedin
Utilize platforms strategically to reach prospective clients
Work with DFig Connects team to create, and execute a content strategy
Establish a content creation cadence
Manage social media content across various channels (i.e. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook)
Study brand voice and guidelines and execute in the tone of the brand. Use brand colors
Lead acquisition through Instagram and Linkedin
Engage with the audience and work on community management
Implement a purposeful content calendar for the year that will directly engage customers while following brand guidelines
Coordinate with the marketing team and create clear calls to action that convert engagement into sales.
Stay up-to-date with trends in the Leadership, Career Coaching, Executive Coaching industries
Generate awareness of the products and services of the brand
Deliver weekly reports to the Marketing team
Work with Dfig Design & Development lead to onboard a social media management system for posting, and scheduling social
Choose which social media management system to implement (ie Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, etc), but it needs to be compatible with Affinity either directly or through Zapier
Create batch content, and be ready to pivot with industry shifts

Daily Community management, and engagement
Regular thoughtful engagement with thought leaders and like-minded brands in the industry
Create content with a purpose that engages the audience while following brand guidelines
Creativity & adaptability
Work collaboratively with the team, and maintain ongoing communication
Uphold the mission and values of DFig Connects
Knowledge of Leadership Coaching
Organizational Psychology knowledge (a plus)

Years of Experience: 3+ years
Content Creation or SMM Experience required
